Hotel Policy

Standard Hotel Policy.

1. Check-in/check-out: Standard check-in time is 03:00 pm. and check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
2. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in to verify a reservation.
3. A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
4. All rooms are non-smoking room
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
